Questions

Do I need to be technical?

No. You only need to know your business; we translate it into the technical side. We set everything up, stay with your team until they are comfortable using it, and you call us when something needs to change.

Is my business data safe with AI?

This is the question we hear most. We build on business accounts with the data-training settings turned off, so what your team types is not used to train anyone's model, and that commitment is written into our client agreement. Before anything is connected, we tell you plainly which tools will see which information.

Do you work remotely or only in person?

Both. We are in the Sacramento area, so we can come to you when that helps, and the assessment, the build and the ongoing support can all be done remotely if you would rather. Most engagements end up a mix of the two.

What does it cost to get started?

The assessment is quoted once we know the size of the business. Build work is $175 an hour or quoted as a project, and ongoing support starts at $299 a month. Exact numbers come out of the assessment, so you see them before you commit to anything.
